Scott Byrnes is the founder of Silent Strength. With a background in Strength and Conditioning, Scott understands the physical demands of performance and the role physiology plays under pressure.

Scott works with some of the world’s leading athletes and business leaders, teaching practical breathing strategies that translate directly to execution when the stakes are high.

He’s developed a unique and powerful set of performance improvement methods by spending time living as a Buddhist monk, developing a deep discipline around mental control and nervous system regulation.

Today, he combines these experiences with evidence-based breathwork to help individuals perform with greater composure, clarity, and control.
